Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
Last updated: 06/10/2026
Thank you for shopping with House of ChamakDhamak. Each piece is curated and packed with care before it leaves us, so please read this policy before placing your order.
No Returns, No Exchanges, No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds or store credit once an order is placed and confirmed. This includes change of mind, colour or size preferences, and differences in shade caused by screen settings or lighting.
Before You Order
Please check the product photos, descriptions, finish, and dimensions carefully. Our jewellery is artificial jewellery with a gold-tone or silver-tone finish. Slight variations in stone colour, finish, or size can occur in handcrafted pieces. If you have questions, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take care to inspect and pack every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and the packaging
- An unboxing video, recorded from the moment the parcel is opened
Claims made without an unboxing video, or after 48 hours, may not be accepted.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed and packed quickly.
Non-Delivery
Please enter your address and phone number accurately at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details. If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve it.
Care Tips
To keep your jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfume, and sweat, and store each piece in the pouch or box provided. Damage from wear and tear or improper care is not covered.
